The Hidden Ridge Owner's Association is a California Non Profit Mutual Corporation, governed by its
Bylaws and CC&R's for the benefit of its member owners.
The Board of Directors consist of five elected officials and each serve a fiscal 12 month term.
Elections take place at the Homeowner's Annual Meeting during the month of June.
The respective titles and responsibilities of each position are chosen by the 5 elected members.
Their responsibilities are to manage the Corporation and the common real estate areas owned
equally by the 173 Homeowners of the community as defined by the Bylaws of the Corporation and the Covenant... (CC&R's)
